Founder Donald Hess, joined by son-in-laws Timothy Persson and Christoph Ehrbar, form a trio building on the values and vision of the past while leading the way to a bright and innovative future. With 36% Syrah, 35% Petite Sirah, 25% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon, there's a touch of sweetness from the ripe, dark fruit, accented by a decidedly big impression of bing cherries and ripe plums.
